SHIPPING

We provide free domestic USPS shipping on all orders in the contiguous 48 states.

For International orders contact us.  All International orders are considered final sale.

For special requests contact us.  

In the event of lost or stolen packages, we will assist in filing a claim with USPS.  The replacement of the item or a refund will be case dependent on the resolution with USPS.

 

RETURNS

We gladly accept returns within 7 days of order receipt for store credit, exchange, or refund. Sale items and International orders are considered final sale. 

To return or exchange an item please contact us within 7 days of order receipt. We will issue a RA# (Return Authorization Number) and shipping instructions .

After 7 days of order receipt all sales are final.

Please allow 5-7 business days from receipt of return to process the return. Funds may take up to 10 business days to show in your account.

HOW TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN 

  1. Within 7 days of your order delivery please contact us with the reason for the return and request an RA#. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted without an RA number.

  2. Write the RA# on the package.

  3. Items must be received within 14 days of your RA# issue date.

  4. Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your exchange, credit or refund in approximately 7 business days, at which time you will be notified by email.
